Existing-condition drawings can provide the base for remodel design, permit correction, structural investigation or due diligence. We field measure accessible conditions and document the information appropriate to the project scope.
Important limitation
Existing-condition drawings document visible and reasonably accessible conditions. They are not a guarantee of concealed framing, underground utilities, hidden damage or dimensions that cannot be verified without destructive investigation.
