Construction Experience Applied to Design & Permitting

Provident is built around a straightforward idea: permit drawings should make sense to the building department and to the people who have to build from them.

Led by John Gaffney

Provident Design & Build LLC is led by John Gaffney, Florida Certified General Contractor CGC1525154. The company focuses on residential permit documents, additions, remodels, structural modifications, due diligence and difficult permit issues.

That contractor background brings a practical filter to every project: Can it be permitted? Can it be built? Does the load path make sense? Will the trades understand the drawings? Are we creating an avoidable problem in the field?
